A DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, ready to design and lead CI/CD pipelines within a modern, continuously evolving international enterprise environment. You will join a team that develops cloud-based solutions using Blazor (C#) and React (JavaScript/TypeScript), working with cutting-edge tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise. Your approach will be Security First, playing a key role in collaborating with global teams and high-level technical stakeholders.
What will you do?
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines based on Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub Enterprise Actions.
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes for modern applications (Blazor and React).
- Apply and promote DevSecOps practices (code scanning, secrets management, IAM, security governance).
- Collaborate with international teams (Azure Global Admins, Power Platform Admins, Cloud Governance).
- Contribute to defining standards, best practices, and guidelines for automation and security.
- Monitor and optimize pipeline performance, quality, and stability.
- Create clear, structured documentation on workflows, security, and DevOps architectures.
Mandatory requirements:
- Solid experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines).
- Excellent knowledge of GitHub Enterprise, including Actions, environments, security, and code scanning.
- Experience with Blazor (C#) and React (JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, and YAML.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (identity, automation, security, governance).
- Familiarity with modern cloud architectures and multi-stage pipelines.
- Strong security mindset and dev-first approach to governance.
- Effective communication in international contexts.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to automation.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and technical partners.
- Fluent Italian and professional English.
