NOC Engineer (m/f/d)

NetEye, Würth IT Italy’s flagship product, is a unified monitoring platform (Monitoring, ITOA, APM, SIEM & Log Management, Service Management) designed to support business operations by providing complete visibility into the health of IT infrastructures and active services, ensuring a secure and reliable IT environment. To strengthen our team dedicated to monitoring managed services through NetEye, we are looking for a NOC (Network Operation Center) Engineer.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage automated monitoring solutions using NetEye.
  • Monitor the availability of managed services through NetEye.
  • Diagnose, document, and escalate infrastructure and application incidents, contributing to their resolution.
  • Provide specialized, highly qualified support to cloud and on-premises customers.
  • Ensure service availability in accordance with defined SLAs.
  • Collaborate with the IT Operations team in change management activities.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Linux systems administration.
  • Previous experience of at least 2 years in a technical IT role is preferred.
  • Degree, diploma in Computer Science, or equivalent technical education.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong team-working abilities.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent command of Italian, English, and German.
