WLM Business Product Consultant (m/f/d)

For our international Würth Lifecycle Management (WLM) team, built on the Atlassian ecosystem, we are looking for a Business Product Consultant. The team operates with a model that combines Agile/Scrum and product thinking with Service Management principles (ITIL/ITSM), aiming to deliver scalable, stable, and continuously evolving solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating global rollouts and implementations, supporting the adoption of solutions by our Business Partners, and acting as the link between business, product teams, and IT services throughout the entire project lifecycle, from the initial phase through stabilization.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage WLM and Align ITSM rollouts and projects end-to-end;
  • Manage project management activities, ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring;
  • Plan milestones, activities, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery;
  • Manage and monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources;
  • Support the development of scalable rollout models;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and business partners;
  • Translate business needs into structured requirements for internal teams;
  • Prepare documentation and training materials and support onboarding and change management activities;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Support, and IT) to ensure alignment;
  • Monitor risks and issues and ensure an effective transition into stabilization and long-term adoption.

Requirements:

  • Educational background in business, management, engineering, IT, or equivalent professional experience;
  • Interest in digital solutions, IT systems, and business processes;
  • Previous experience in project, implementation, or coordination environments;
  • Strong ability to work in a structured and goal-oriented manner;
  • Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and multiple activities simultaneously;
  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • Willingness to travel to Germany.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in rollout or digital solution implementation projects;
  • Background in stakeholder-facing business roles;
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools, particularly Jira Service Management and Confluence;
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks or ITIL principles;
  • Knowledge of German.
