Target audience

IT administrators, asset managers, and anyone who manages IT assets within the organization on a daily or regular basis

Focus

Management of IT assets and IT services with NetEye Asset Management based on GLPI, including configuration, inventory, lifecycle management, access management, contracts, licences, IT support, and automation.

 

 

Prerequisites

Experience or basic knowledge of enterprise asset management processes, including asset inventory, assignment, maintenance, and decommissioning.

A basic understanding of the key components of an IT infrastructure – such as computers, servers, network devices, printers, and software – as well as the concepts of users, groups, roles, and permissions is beneficial. No specific GLPI knowledge is required: the use of the platform and the NetEye modules will be introduced during the course.

Recommended knowledge: Experience in managing IT inventories, contracts, warranties, and licences; familiarity with ticketing systems and service management processes; basic knowledge of directory services, data imports, and automation tools.
